    Completed the doctoral program in Behavioral Medicine at the Graduate School of Tohoku University.<\/p>\n

    During her studies, she researched methods for maintaining astronauts\u2019 physical and mental health, as well as stress management in space environments.<\/p>\n

    While exploring ways to reduce cancer risk under high-stress conditions, she became deeply concerned about food safety after learning that certain additives suspected of being carcinogenic are approved for use in Japan and are widely used not only in processed meats but also in sweets and other food products. This experience led her to develop a strong awareness of the importance of food safety and additive-free foods.<\/p>\n

    In Houston, she worked as an intern at the National Space Biomedical Research Institute, affiliated with NASA.<\/p>\n

    Her work included proposing ideas and creating educational materials focused on maintaining the health and well-being of astronauts and related personnel.<\/p>\n

    She served as the first official student Principal Investigator (PI) at the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency and also gained experience in multiple international collaborative projects and project management initiatives with the European Space Agency.\u201d<\/p>\n

    She formed the space music unit \u2018Planet X\u2019 with Yosuke Alex of Kyoto University.<\/p>\n

    As vocalist \u2018LIAZ\u2606,\u2019 she pioneered a new genre of high-tone jazz fusion and developed STEAM education programs that combine space education with music.<\/p>\n

    Currently, under the artist name \u2018LIAZ Aya,\u2019 she is sharing her work with the world by combining music, AI, and medical science.<\/p>\n

    The collaborative creation \u2018Space Instrument\u2019 by Ayako Ono and Hajime Negishi was carried aboard the International Space Station through Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency and was successfully used in space.<\/p>\n
